Co-founded by Haas MBA 17 Hiroki Koga and UCLA Anderson School MBA 17 Brendan Somerville after starting out in our one week NSF I-Corps course, OISHII’s vertical farm is producing Japanese varietal strawberries…in New York!
After a lengthy stealth mode, they’re on the market and on plates in Manhattan @ Chef’s Table at Brooklyn Fare. They’ll be in upscale supermarkets soon–once you’ve smelled and tasted them, you will never be the same. 😍
