June Berkeley I-Corps Wrap Up

In June I-Corps, Team Multilatera - led by Cal State University East Bay Professor James Tandon and CSUEB undergrad Henry Lao - conducted 15 interviews and validated the customer need for their micro accurate positioning technology.

Speaking on the experience, James shared: "participating in the regional NSF I-Corp program at Berkeley was eye-opening. My students and I discovered, not only how to speak with potential users to gauge interest in our technology for commercial purposes, but also learned how to find the true needs of people in an industry. These lessons continue to guide our pivots across multiple research projects."
