July Berkeley I-Corps Wrap Up

So much demand for last month's Berkeley I-Corps training that we had to add a second cohort!

Teams from across UC Berkeley, UCSF, and beyond got out of the building and unlocked multiple insights from their potential customers.

A recently graduated UC Berkeley School of Information MIDS team explored the commercial potential of their AI interpreter. Biggest learning? More customer discovery is needed in order to optimize their go-to-market segment. Next steps for the team are to apply for the national NSF I-Corps program, and then pursue non-dilutive funding opportunities such as the NSF SBIR.

What can 3 evenings/15 customer discovery interviews do for your STEM startup idea? Apply by September 15 for our October course, with sessions on October 2, 4, 9 from 5-8pm PST:
